Grand Opening of Gathering Place

LN Blackriver LLC is excited to invite our tenants and their employees to the newly created outdoor Gathering Place. Located between the 711 Powell Avenue SW and 1119 SW 7th Street buildings, this new outdoor amenity is equipped with a Blaze Grill, surround fire-table, concrete ping-pong, corn hole, shade sails, more games, and outdoor seating. We encourage our tenants and their employees to enjoy Gathering Place all year round.

 

We kicked off the unveiling of Gathering Place with a Barbeque Grand Opening. This wildly successful event offered event-goers a complimentary barbecue lunch with all the fixin's catered by Caveman Kitchen, cold beverages, desserts, and of course... games!
