Holiday Giving Event

Our tenants and their employees were invited to the newly renovated Blackriver Conference Center to enjoy a hot cocoa bar, light refreshments, and carolers for some holiday cheer with a cause.

Vision House, a Renton nonprofit, who help families experiencing homelessness, was selected for our 2018 giving event. We'd like to thank all who attended the event and brought donations plus those who dropped off items in the collection box. The families living at Vision House shop for free at the resident store for food and household items that help create a warm, healing living environment for parents and children who are restoring their lives and working toward self-sufficiency at Vision House. Your donations go a long way. We are also very proud of our Landlord, LN Blackriver LLC, for sponsoring a 4-child single-parent family in the community.
